Good Day,*I am a travel agent in the US. I was on hold for travel agency support for ** minutes yesterday and called again as soon as I opened my office today, and have been on hold for another *** minutes. I issued tickets yesterday, locator MSXJSC for party of * Powers, for travel TPA-KEF, Oct **-** (ticket*************-***) *’s . Unfortunately, I issued the tickets in the wrong names, should have been party of *, William and Lori Vezina. I called reservations and was told name changes are possible for a $** USD fee, but that I had to contact travel agency sales to have this done. Can you help? I also thought about cancelling the reservation and rebooking a new one, but the flights do not show in availability for Oct ** and **. I have issued several other tickets for these travel dates, and the res agent for Iceland Air told me yesterday that seats are not being sold on these flights now, but would tell me why.**I also sent an email to travel agency support earlier this morning, but have not heard back from anyone yet. Need to have this solved today, or I will have to void the tickets leaving my clients without a flight reservation.**Please let me know how to go about making the name change.**Thanks & best regards*Mike
