Bought my ticket in September.*In October, Icelandair, changed my flights both directions.*Now, I can't meet my deadline to get to Brussels and neither can I return back to Tampa in time to get back to work.**Their operators seem to be all Asians and it's traumatic to understand what they are saying.*My flight was booked for January ****. *Both my flights have been cancelled by the company and when I called, didn't exactly understand what the operator said. All I wanted is to get off the phone.**I want my full refund, since they advertised wrong. I bought the round trip flight, based on their time schedule. A month later they changed my outbound flight. The next day, another email informed me that the inbound flights need to be changed.**My original electronic ticket shows the time and connections that made me buy this ticket. Since they can't keep the original schedules, I want a full refund.
