I would like to address the cancellation of my flight from Madrid to Algiers on May 4, [redacted] (Booking Code: LVXG3, price: [redacted].86 Euro) and the return flight from Algiers to Madrid on May 9, [redacted] (Booking Code: LVXFE, price: [redacted].00 Euro) which were both canceled by your company. Despite multiple attempts to contact Edreams, the agency where I purchased the tickets, they have informed me that they are unable to secure a refund from your company. I bought a ticket from Iberia Airlines for a roundtrip flight from LAX to Barcelona on April 5, [redacted]. Despite this, I can't find any other details about the reservation. A customer service representative informed me that without a reservation number, they couldn't assist me. I received two vouchers from Iberia, one in US Dollars and the other in Euros, even though I paid for my ticket in US Dollars. The voucher in Euros is causing difficulties as I cannot use it for my Miami to Madrid travel. Despite trying various avenues like online assistance, calling reservations, opening a case, and reaching out through FB messenger, there has been no resolution. I am disappointed with Iberia's customer service and find it unacceptable that no one has been able to assist. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I have decided not to use Iberia in the future. It is regrettable that such poor service is associated with an airline from Spain. - M. G.

I booked a flight from Vienna to Miami with Expedia on January 9th and got my seat assignments from Iberia. Due to illness, I had to cancel and filed a claim with travel insurance for a refund. Despite that, I'm struggling to get back the $[redacted] paid for the seats for over 10 days. Numerous calls to multiple phone numbers resulted in long wait times up to 1 hour, often leading to disconnections or being connected with someone whose English was hard to understand. I've emailed without much success, only receiving one unhelpful response denying the refund. Even trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company didn't work. The lack of proper communication and resolution is frustrating, making me question how they can operate like this.

My return flight with Iberia was cancelled, and I am seeking assistance for rebooking. I contacted Iberia customer service yesterday, and they mentioned an alternative flight available on the same day. I am in urgent need of this flight and require Iberia's assistance with the booking. My Iberia flight got canceled, and I booked through an agent, Trip.com. Unfortunately, Trip.com can only see Business class flights for alternatives, which they can't book for me as it's a different class. Since other Iberia flights for the route are operated by a different airline, Trip.com can't assist per their policy. I can't select a new flight on Iberia's site due to booking through Trip.com. I'm currently attempting to reach out to Trip.com to explore options.

On December 14, [redacted], my family and I were flying from Prague to Fuerteventura through Munich on Lufthansa. Due to a delay in our Prague flight, we missed our connection to Fuerteventura. Lufthansa rebooked us on an Iberia flight through Madrid. Upon arrival in Fuerteventura, we found both our suitcases missing and filed a report (file reference: FUEIB22222). One suitcase was delivered a day later, but the second arrived on January 13, [redacted], after we had returned to Prague. We had to make unplanned purchases due to the delay in luggage delivery. Additionally, the second suitcase had a missing wheel. I tried to file a claim on the Iberia website but encountered technical issues. I am now seeking compensation for the luggage delay and damage as well as reimbursement for the incurred expenses. However, I am unable to locate an email address for Iberia to send my claim and evidence.

Dear Iberia, My party of four has confirmed reservations for flights from Tel Aviv to Lisbon via Madrid, with a return flight from Lisbon to Tel Aviv. Our booking status shows "Holding confirmed." However, I have noticed a discrepancy in the baggage allowance. For the outbound flight from Tel Aviv to Lisbon, it states we are allowed "1 Hand baggage, 1 Baggage in hold," but for the return journey, it only mentions "1 Hand baggage." Could you please clarify if we are indeed permitted "1 Baggage in hold" for our return flight? Your assistance is appreciated. During my journey back home, I encountered an issue with being double charged for my checked bag. Even though the checked bag fee was included in my Iberia flight ticket, I faced an additional charge during the Vivaaerobus flight from PXM to Mexico City. This cost was enforced even though I had already paid Iberia, the Marketing Sales Carrier, who should have determined the baggage fees for the entire trip. Despite the fact that my bag traveled all the way to Lisbon, the extra charge arose due to Vivaaerobus handling the first portion of the journey.

I traveled from Lisbon to Panama and Puerto Escondido with Iberia. My reference number is Toxz2i. I had already paid for a checked bag. Everything went smoothly on the outbound journey, but on the return trip, VivaAerobus charged me again for my checked bag. According to IATA regulations, the Marketing Carrier, which in my case is Iberia, determines the checked baggage fees. Since I had already paid Iberia, VivaAerobus was incorrect in charging me again. I am requesting a refund of the [redacted] pesos (30 euros) that I paid at PXM airport.

British Airways has canceled our flight scheduled for May 18, [redacted], under booking reference KODBEH. After flying from London to Havana via Madrid with BA and Iberia, I need proof of travel for my air mile points with One World. BA provided a certificate for the London to Madrid flight but advised contacting Iberia for the second leg due to it being a code share. I tried to request proof on the Iberia website but it requires an electronic ticket # for processing, which I don't have. Living in Australia makes calling difficult, and I couldn't find an email address for assistance.

I wanted to share my experience with the delays on flight IB3009 from Barcelona to Madrid on May 26. Our connecting flight to Quito was at 12:05, and despite our efforts, we were not able to make alternative arrangements with other airlines at Terminal 1. It was frustrating to see a long customer service line in Madrid with only 2 representatives, causing us significant delay in making new travel arrangements. The priority given to certain passengers, like couples with babies, made the situation more challenging for us as elderly passengers. Eventually, after waiting in line from 12:30 to 2:30, we were able to sort out new flight arrangements and then had to wait longer for transportation to the hotel. Our reservation code is 3WY2Q3 under the surname Cohen. I will provide further details in subsequent emails.

I am following up on my previous email regarding the issue. Despite ordering Vegan meals for our original flight, we did not receive them on our recent 10.5-hour flight on May 27. Due to a delay, we had to reschedule and encountered severe traffic delays due to an accident near Guallambamba. Our driver, expecting us at 4:15 p.m., had to leave early and we ended up reaching home at midnight, surviving on bread and basic beverages. I kindly request that this matter be directed to the claims department. I intend to submit two online claims on June 8.
