* days ago I tried to book a flight Alicante-Ibiza *-** Oct **** for * people but the flight was not processed as we received notication*"Ha alcanzado el numero maximo de intentps. Por favor pongase en contacto con su entidad"*We tried again without success and this morning our bank who tried without success. They eventually spoke to a call centre who was aware we were trying to book and took the booking over the phone. However, the cost has increased from ***.** Euros to ***-** euros, because it was booked over phone. The call centre suggested we contact you to reclaim the difference of **.** Euros as it was not out fault. We have documentary proof for this.*Please reply within ** hours, as the only other e mail address is the CEO of Iberia Airlines who seems to be the only one with an e mail address. Our ref no.
