On March **th **** I purchased two tickets as follow *New York *Alicante for departure the ******** on Premiun Economy on the **th connection Madrid * Alicante .*Your agent charged me incorrectly for the two tickets and he kept insisting that I had to pay separately for the connecting flight Madrid *Alicante and that I also had to pay in Euros .*I have called Iberia three times and have not been able to get these tickets refunded as of today *The tickets were reissued correctly on the **th of March *We are a frequent flier with Iberia and have been traveling with the airline over ** years *The Locator in question is *NR**H* under the names of Antonio Calvo and Paloma Calvo .*American Express has already billed me for a total of $***.** plus a foreign transaction fee . *This whole procedure has caused a great inconvenience for me since every time I have called they have kept me on the phone for over ** minutes telling a different agent the same thing and having them tell me to call later or the next day since the supervisor was not there *Today I was told to call back tomorrow April **th *Sincerely Paloma Calvo
