I had my identity stolen when I was younger I had an issue in ** I believe the gentleman that was caught used to work for Tyson Foods with my social my birth certificate and it was resolved then after a few years I get another IRS tax charging from other States including California the same gentleman used my ID again in the same company Tyson Foods for about * to ** years which I was notified then and try to take care of the problem but to no avail * years ago I received another notice that I owed a total amount of $**,*** to the IRS from several States I then made I believe a police report and had the IRS the IRS ask me to make an identity theft report so I did and I haven't been able to report my taxes not report I haven't been able to do my taxes in the past * years sorry block. I tried doing my tax return in **** * ** but I did not get a refund because I owed the IRS not knowing I thought everything was okay until I called and asked why I didn't get my return which was $*** I believe on **** after that year I didn't want to do my taxes because the IRS was going to keep my refund so I don't know what to do I'm still not very happy with the IRS helping me resolve this issue I have worked in several companies and received a **** from them I would like to do my taxes and get my refund or pay taxes if I need to but I need someone to please help me with this or get identity theft FBI on on this whatever it takes I need to get this resolved as soon as possible
