I was charged twice for a months subscription to the Wall Street Journal. (WSJ) This is not at issue. In order get the princely sum of ford dollars returned I was told that I would have to dispute the charge. This initially involved filing a claim at the branch office. This was later changed to a dispute being filed on the phone. Two problems with this* *). I don't have the time. *). I don't dispute the charge. They charged me once for something I received. There is no dispute, I don't want to mess up my subscription. The error is on the banks part. Am I being told that I formally dispute an erroneous charge made by own bank? It there were two payments to the Journal this would be okay. There are not. Please refund the money to my account. My phone is *** *** ****. last * SSN ****. address **** West Liberty Apt. *. B,D. **********.
