You cancelled me on ********, unbeknownst to me. I didn't receive any letters regarding this. I was told the last day I could have renewed my account, the "window" was ********. Think about that for a moment. The conversation I had with customer service in February would have been hilarious had it not been for my insurance being cancelled. It was reminiscent of Abbot and Costello's "Who's on First" classic bit. *To add insult to injury, I paid Humana $**.** on January **, ****, again because I didn't know you'd cancelled my account.*So here's the deal: I am ready to purchase a Medicare Part D plan again.
