Today I was asked to re-enter my billing information when I logged into my spotify app. When I did, it suggested that I sign up for the student package that includes Hulu*Spotify*Showtime for $*.** a month. This afternoon, I signed up for the student package because I am a student. Once I did this, however, I realized that all of my family members were not going to get the benefits of using Spotify anymore, so I changed my Spotify back to the Family Plan, which reverted my Hulu plan back to being cancelled. I paid $*.** for my month of Hulu on October *th **** already and I just got charged $*.** again to resume my Hulu subscription with the "trial" price. I don't think I should be charged again when I have already paid for the month on October thru Nov *th. I still want to keep my Hulu subscription, I would just like a refund for one of the two payments made this month. Thank you!

I called Hulu myself and they addressed the issue. They refunded the more expensive amount and resolved the problem. I never received a call thru GetHuman.
