I lost my phone Mar. *th, or I would have called. I did not receive a paper for the secopnd straight week. This delivery person is terrible. I have been informed by my apartment manager that he 'delivers' the paper to the street, the driveway, and the garbage cans (which was the closest to my door). I have been a subscriber for for over six years and always had my papers (USA Today included) delivered to my door. Those two carriers were GREAT! Now, I have what appears to be an disrespectful, lazy, and idiotic carrier. I would like to see a quick change to my carrier (Why can't I have my old carrier back?) and until then, I want my auto-fill canceled. By the Way, the opther times that I reported a missing paper, I was told on the phone, that I would get a paper later. I never got those papers. Your circulation department is NOT doing a decent job...at least not in my case! JRF Acct, * ********
