This message is for the Online GetHuman technical department ..REMOVEMY COMMENTS from your Public Page Now PLEASE ***I have communicated with who I believed was Houston Chronicle Customer Service about delivery issues. I was told I could also go online to submit a complaint...AND I BELIEVED this is where I had come...I came to your site this morning ,Only after I went into the great and frustrating detail asked for here, including all of my contact information...BUT believing I was sending a private email to a higher upline customer service person...given it says GetHuman….and hit continue...Did I see that these were being posted to a blog...which I did not want to do and do not consent to ...As I said...I thought this was the correct site as I it appeared to be....SO see my email contact below and PLEASE REMOVE MY PREVIOUS COMMENT submitted this morning !!! and THIS ONE TOO !! and make it clearer on your page that what you write will be put on a blog...rather than read privately by customer service please
