I have had very bad delivery for the last two to three weeks. I have made a number of phone calls to Circulation about this and have not gotten anywhere with the solution. One or two papers have been delivered normally, and the rest of the time I have had to wait till the next day for delivery. Most of the time I do not even get the paper from yesterday. My subscription got extended a week, but that is not working out very well. This is not a satisfactory way to run a complaint service. I would like my paper on the day it is printed and be able to talk to someone locally who can help me. I have been a customer for a long time, and as newspaper circulation is getting smaller rather than larger in number, it makes sense to make the customers happy who still like reading a real newspaper. I did this sort of job when I was in undergraduate school, and I think we did a better job of it than what is going on presently. Thanks in advance for your help. Are you going to reply on the computer or by phone, and what timeframe will it be?
