I had to have a refund because of an issue with your company hotwire and it should be the third time that I have had a problem. I simply ask customer service for a letter confirming that the refund was due to a mistake on the end of hotwire and they absolutely refuse to help me without this letter or email I'm sorry I cannot have my bank account readjusted is for the NSF fees late fees any other fees that are linked to an account when something is overdrafted. I use your company I trusted your company with my debit and credit card information and I have used you several times but now I simply asked for a letter because the fees that I am trying to have fixed our due to the amount of money that hotwire took out and then very graciously refunded for me which I appreciate but on the confirmation number letter it does not state is there was an error I am simply trying to get ahold of anyone who can help me I have until * p.m. thank you my name is Frances Ormsby for ******* **** email is as listed
