I would like my money back of ***.**. I reserved a room at Heritage Inn Express in Chico, CA. They cancelled my reservation when I went to check in, but I never got my room and did not stay the nights I reserved. I got a smoking room which I had to pay for. There was no manager and the person at the counter said I had to go through you for a refund. I tried to contact you and found only one number, which took me in circles regarding my reservation. I made the reservation on February **, **** to make sure we had a place to stay because I know it gets very busy at that time of year. We had registered for the Wildflower bike ride. I never received the two nights and the room I paid for April ** and **. Basically, I contracted for two nights at this hotel through you,and that contract was not fulfilled. *Itinerary * **************I would like my money back. Thank you. Loriann Rauh
