My girlfriend and I booked a room reservation through Hotwire & it was very complicated to get checked in and because of that we had less downtime to relax. The next issue we endured was having to get our electronic room keys activated more than ** times and running up and down stairs after the key was supposed to be activated only to find out it still didn’t work. After we were finally checked in and got keys that worked we walked into a room that was not clean and the floors were even worse having some sticky substances on it. Then we turned on the t.v. & had no picture so the front desk person had to come to our room to get it working. We asked to be moved to a different room & were told that there wasn’t another single room available so we were forced to live with those accommodations which would be unacceptable to any customer. I feel that we deserve a free night stay at a property that cares about its customers. We really should be given a free week of room’s after what we went through but I would settle for * night.
GetHuman-swider did not yet indicate what Hotwire should do to make this right.
