Rebook ... My name is Madison I wanted to contact you and provide what I had experienced and tell you how I was in no way done right. *So I booked a room for Motel * through hotels.con and the stay was comfortable and room was clean. So I booked another room at motel * for the next day. I called the front desk of Motel to just make sure it was booked and to see if we could just stay in the same room. So guy at motel front desk told me I needed to rebook it to get the same room again. So I used a hotels chatting line to get help on editing my booking and use it for just rebooking. So I was told I had to pay a extra balance which was only * dollars and some change no big deal. Confirmed my payment method over the phone with hotels chat lady. So she had to call the hotel and get some information for he room. Then she got some more stuff done and then had to call the Motel one last time to confirm the room. So I had already received the confirmation email and had the money taken from my bank. And then hotels chat lady told me hotel front desk guy said he couldn’t get the room, because I couldn’t use hotels.com to book it. And then motel front desk adds that I couldn’t do it through hotels.con and I would have to pay at the from office when checking in. But I was never told that I couldn’t do it on the hotels.com. I booked the room on hotels just the night before. So I asked if I could cancel the booking but I wouldn’t have been refunded my money for possibly up to * business days. So I didn’t have a choice but to have to leave the Motel and spend extra money to get around just to come back at * and get a room exactly like the one I was in. And I asked if I could check in early and I couldn’t because no clean rooms. I was completely not happy about having to check out and come back when I was originally told on the phone by the motel guy that I could just rebook the room and then I would be able to just keep the room. So I was still not sure how I booked the room the night before on Hotels.com but then last minute told I couldn’t get it after already confirming my information. So the money was already take from my bank account and I couldn’t cancel the booking because I didn’t have enough money to book a new one. I’m extremely disappointed and I feel as I was scammed. I’m not sure why I had to experience this situation and I spent over a hour getting the room I was supposed to be rebooking confirmed and then told at the very last minute that I couldn’t rebook it. I definitely would like some kind of answers or info on why I was fooled into spending more money and still had to leave until * pm. *If I could get a call from someone I can get some answers and possibly be reimbursed for the room I was originally paying for. Please give me call at **********
I was told I could Reebok room and then told after all my confirmation was complete was told I couldn’t rebook and then literally had money to get a room so not being able to do anything I had to just go with it.
I’d like to atleast get a free night stay or even gift card to cover for it
I’ve had * nights booked first* nights I had no issues.
I been through chat grounds and tried calling but I’m running in circles
