Dear customer service, my name is Blanca Bellomo. My son Kevin Bellomo purchased two nights accommodation at the Marina Resort - Nelson Bay, confirmation No ************. The purchase was made on the ********. This was a gift for my husband, our grandson and myself. Unfortunately, my husband (Lucio Bellomo) developed a cloth on one artery which will require surgery. It was discovered under an ultrasound today. He will be admitted to hospital tomorrow. my son cancelled immediately the booking but the last day for free cancellation was yesterday. due to this, he is put of pocket $***.**. I am writing to you hoping that you could wave this penalty or to leave that amount of $***.** as a credit for future booking as we definitely will book again* I can provide with medical certificate or copy of the admission to the hospital.*I will appreciate your consideration and your help. *Kind regards, *Blanca Bellomo
