Hi*I made a reservation on Hotels.com for my recent trip to Orlando, Florida. As I was making the reservation, I chose the option, $** food credit, and I paid about $** more per day for this option. Since I make a reservation for * days, I paid about $** more in total. It means I can get $** credit everyday, $*** in total. But the person in charge in the resort said they can give me only $** in total. It doesn't make sense at all. Who is going to believe that you get only $** credit for $** and you can get same amount of credit regardless how much you paid?*So, I called Hotels.com and requested refund for the option, then the representative hung up the phone suddenly. I am very unpleasant and mad about all what happened.*I'm requesting to cancel the option and refund $** again.(I didn't get any credit from the resort, even $**.)*If this request is not accepted, I will take further action.**My*Itinerary Number : **************My Itinerary Name : Orlando**Thank you.
