Receive Compensation or the very least an Apology ... My name is Deborah Blanchette I booked * rooms at circus hotel Conformation ************** for a very special occasion my daughter's **th bday. The ONLY reason I booked this hotel is her favorite place is the main Attraction AdventureDome. Upon check in when I tried to purchase wristbands for all day pass was I informed that it was closed for * days maintenance. The day we arrived. NO WHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE THE HOTELS WEBSITE WAS THERE ANY MENTION OF ADVENTUREDOME CLOSED. In fact guest services didn't even know. Had I KNOWN I NEVER would of booked rooms there I wanted my daughters bday to be a memorable one and it was when I had to tell her that it was closed. and the look on her face and the tears I'll never forget. Shame on your company and MGM for not posting this anywhere, not even a sign in front lobby. I am a single mom who had been saving $ for this trip for months. I asked for the manager who blamed Expedia for not informing me. It was by far the most hurtful, disappointing, and downright cruel thing I've ever experienced. They hotel didn't care, I'm not a high roller, I don't count. But my child does. I am disgusted. I will be posting this on Facebook, Hotel.com reviews, Trip Advisor to never ever use your company or affiliates to book a Room anywhere.along with what ever reply if any I receive from you.
That the ONLY reason I chose to stay at Circus Circus was because of a very special occasion, My daughters **th birthday, and her favorite place in all Las Vegas, NV (where we live) is ADVENTUREDOME. Which was closed for maintenance the day we arrived and the next four days. NO where on any website, Hotel lobby, not even guest services were aware of this. It wasn't until I went to purchase all day passes that I was informed of the closure.
I contacted your company, MGM corp. and no seems the slightest sympathy for this truly unfair, inexcusable occurrence. I was offered $** off my next booking through Hotels.com which I made very clear I will never use again. Now I know I am nobody. I am not going to put you out of business. But I will use every possible means of social media to tell my experience and how I was treated in hopes that no other Mother has to disappoint her child because of big shot corporations such as Hotels.com Expedia, MGM that have no conscience but the almighty dollar. I will keep posting everyday, every week, Every month maybe enough people will listen and next time they book a Hotel It will not be through your company.
This was my *nd time booking through your site. I stayed at Excalibur back in July which was amazing. This is why I chose to use your company again
