Chat with us****:** AM*Hello, I am a long time Hotels.com member. And for **% of the time I've been very happy. However, this last trip to RIU Palace in Cabo San Lucas was a nightmare. I specifically picked this hotel because we'd been there before and your description said, very clearly, that the room I chose had a "*SHOWER*TUB"* combination which was a critical feature for me. After spending $*,***.** dollars (not a small amount) we arrived to discover that they no longer have bath tubs in their rooms....would do nothing about our problem except to offer us a spa room for $*** more per night! We were exhausted and so we had to settle for the room they gave us. We walked into the room to discover that the shelf under the sink was broken and not only ugly totally unusable and we faced RIU Santa Fe where they party all day and night long at an amazing volume. This hotel was not even **% full and I found their attitude awful...even smug. The point for my writing to you is to let you know that your description of this resort is wrong and you need to fix it or more people are going to be sucked in.
