I have gifted Luke Balman a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to journey to Thailand and have the privilege to stay at the most beautiful hotel Kalima Resort & Spa . **Luke balman is to check in : Sunday October *th, ****.*Luke Balman is to check out : Sunday October **th, ****.**I know this reservation is made through the Hotel.com website. I know that this booking has terms & conditions, according to discounted terms. I do not wish to suffer prejudice because I have made use of this internet based reservation facility. **My communication to you this morning is to request compassion and understanding. My family, with Luke, have experienced an unfortunate circumstance of loss. This experience has had a negative impact on Luke. We believe Luke is unable to travel on those dates.
