Dear Sirs and madams, **I have booked via hotels.com on ***June with booking no ************ at HG Cozy hotel N* * at Osaka. Payment confirmation mail fm hotel. com has received but I could not locate this booking in my “manage my booking” confirmed booking list ? Pls check if that’s really confirmed.**Besides, I have separately recd a mail fm the hotel asking me to uploaded the passport to their on line checkin. But no message has recevoved up to now from the host for the key pick up as we can arrive Osaka at ** pm, the key pick up counter at Osaka will be closed. We are asking them how’s the arrangement but no reply up to now. We are deemed*Very disappointed on the respons. Pls*Help to check with the hotel as it’s approaching the checkin time.
