We are partner hotel of hotels.com, name of the hotel City Avenue-Sofia, Bulgaria. *Today during check in * rooms came with a booking confirmation stating that the breakfast is for free. Whereas on our end(the email confirmation which we received via the channel manager) it says that there is no meal type included. It's needless to say that kind of miscommunication causes us extra costs in this case only we have ** guests unsatisfied guests. Other issues are also present in terms of guest remarks and room types. *Please contact us as soon as possible so we can solve these challenges.
