I have a new Lennox furnace heat pump with a Honeywell T* Pro Thermomstat. I don't under stand the difference between "Heat" and "EM Heat. I assume EM means emergency, but under what conditions do you use emergency?
GetHuman-chutchin did not yet indicate what Honeywell should do to make this right.
