Dear Honda Financial Services,*I purchased a Honda **** Passport from Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach, California on **********. I went back to the dealer the very next day and complained there was something wrong with vehicle. I experienced extreme lumbar and spinal pain being in the car. The finance rep, named Hunter also processed the sale paperwork incorrectly. I told them I did not want the car, and asked them to sell me a different car. The finance manager, James Parker refused. He said they would inspect the car for issues. They said the found none. I tried again to get them to take it back, and they refused. I tried to cover the lights, turn off the AC*heat, even rested with the doors open - still the same horrible effect. There is something severely wrong with this car. I refuse to keep it or pay for it. I have already lost $ **** cash down on this car , and am giving it back to you as a " voluntary repossession". It is sitting on the lot at DCH Honda in Oxnard,California, and the management is aware of this. I bought another car. I was amazed that Norm Reeves was so inflexible, and would not work with me, and I strongly suggest you inspect this car thoroughly for structural flaws. I have dropped the insurance coverage, and just need to know where to mail the keys. If you want me to take them to the dealer at DCH, and can do that. You can reach me at *****@***.com.
