My father is in the hospital and I need to cancel my reservation and stay here. I found out about his extended hospital stay about a hour after i checked in. I actually wanted to cancel my stay when I went downstairs to sign the pet agreement that the front desk did not have for the person I made the reservation with. Front desk told me there is a zero refund policy !!! How is that legal ? How is that a good business practice ?
