Help with my HomeAway.com issue

The issue in GetHuman-kyliesam's own words
Booking ID - HA-*****G. Property ID - *******We stayed at this property in April **q*. And left it spotless. Followed the house rules. Didn't contact our host unnecessarily (at all other than initial booking, we didn't want to bother them. They never attempted to make contact with us during our stay). **All that was left was to strip the bed. We even placed our used towels in the washing machine ready for a load. Our rubbish was placed in the outside bin. Kitchen.was left spotless... all washing up done and bench and table wiped over. Floors were swept and cleaned. **We received a review of * star for all sections. How can I respond to the rating which we beleive is not accurate or fair? We have never received such a bad rating from our airbnb accommodations before. I have contactef the owner through the message system on.the site and have not received a response. **We are very disappointed to say the least. Is there a way that we can respond to our rating or have this reviewed?**Many Thanks Kylie Matulis
