Help with my HomeAway.com issue

The issue in GetHuman-aiksa's own words
Hi, I have problem with my reservation nr *******. I confirmed the reservation, put my credit card number, wanted to pay ***,** euro, put the CVV number, got an accept from you. On the next day I realized that the money have been back to my account. In the meantime I got the message from Hans *"Good evening Katarzyna, **Think you for you interest in our house! **If you want to book definitely, please let me know and I will send you the rental contract later this week. **The payment will be directly to me and not via credit card. The details of my account are in the rental contract. You then have to pay the service fee to Homeaway separately, but they will contact you for that. **Please let me know when you have any questions. **Best regards, **Hans"**And other:**Unfortunately you cannot wait until * December for the final booking. But if you need more time, I can put on option for you for a week. **Paying me directly and Homeaway separately does not cost you additional money. On the contrary, it will save you additional fee for Homeaway. **To be honest, Homeway is a very aggressive company: you pay a lot and I do so too. **As an alternative, you can also book the house via Micazu and then search for zwei Tannen (if I put in the exact internet address, the system of Homeaway removes it automatically). You will then not pay any fee, and I receive the same rent as via Homeway."**What was opposite to your rules. The next day I got a msg from you with asking to pay ***,** euro and from Hans:**"Hi Katarzyna, **I am sorry to inform you that a got a final booking for this period last night. Since I did not hear from you anymore, I accepted it. **Perhaps next year! *Please ignore the messages from HomeAway, I really don't understand their way of working."**It's not fair. I didn't want to cancel this reservation. The rules on your website is completely different to rules the owner of the House sent me. I'm still interested in keeping this reservation, please contact with Hans and tell me what to do. please tej HomeAway.com to solve this problem.**Regards*Katarzyna Fidelus
