We requested to stay in one of your listings from **** to *** of ****, and we were told those dates were available. We were charged $***. Then, we were informed by the host that those dates were not available. So the host informed us that the booking would be cancelled and we would not be charged. We find out that we were charged. We want a refund of the $***. This listing was for a *-BR in The Redwoods Condo Unit *in Fairview Quezon City, Philippines. The host's name is Helen Sadaya. This was booked on June **. The host confirmed the cancellation on the same day we booked the condo. Please resolved this quickly and refund this $***. Looking forward to hear from you that this problem is resolved. Thank you.

How GetHuman-ayalaval fixed the problem
We contacted Home Away customer support. They responded and they asked for proof of the conversation between the host and I. After they were given enough proof, they decided that they would refund my money within * business days.
