Help with my HomeAway.com issue
reservation ID HA- M*XBTB, property ******* from June ** - June **. No instructions anywhere for gaining entry to the house. After sending numerous messages and attempting numerous unsuccessful phone calls, we got a motel for the night to get much needed rest. my daughter is in surgery NOW, and we need to get into our rental in a couple of hours for recovery until Wednesday morning!! PLEASE get us entry instructions asap!! Leonie HUNT *** *** ****

How GetHuman-leoniehu fixed the problem:
Owner finally responded to email message and refunded entire booking fee. But I did contact Home Away customer service who stepped in as well to fix the problem. Owner changed phone numbers and forgot to update on Home Away
