I own property *****, there is a Michale Svestkova who has booked the property from Juky** to August *rd, she asked for a discount, which I agreed to give her **%on the rent of £*,****Which should be £****, and the bond of £*** giving a total of £****, there seems no way I can tell her she has to pay your fee before I get her email address etc. Which is the best way of doing this, she keeps getting invoices from you without the **%
