I booked a property through VRBO and the owner confirmed my stay. Later in the evening he messaged me saying that he had doubled booked the same property through a different site. He asked me to cancel on my end, but I refused since the date was less than ** days, and in order to get ***%refund it needs to be greater than ** days according to the cancellation policy on your website.
I was charged the full amount of the rental, which is a very large amount of money.
