Help with my HomeAdvisor issue

The issue in GetHuman-paeyaba's own words
I hired Genti of Official Construction Inc. back in March*April **** to do repairs on my brick steps. The job they did looked beautiful and I initially gave them a great rating. However, by the end of the year or maybe the beginning of Spring **** the bricks were cracking again. I Left message after message and Genti finally showed up. He saw the cracks and wanted to see the paper work which stated the * year warranty. Only when he saw the paperwork did he agree to come back and take care of it. I didn't hear from him for a quite awhile. Finally he comes to fix his work. I came home and it looked good but he missed the side of my house. I called him to thank him and told him he forgot to fix the side of my house... when all **** broke loose. He said something to the effect that he was doing me a favor and then he became nasty. I can't remember what he said but he WAS SO nasty!! I defended myself and became nasty also. As a woman I had to. Anyway, I was so mad I didn't even get a chance to ask why he used a different cement. I said my last unkind words and hung up. FYI: I went back on the Home Advisor review and gave him * star. I don't know what Genti did but the bricks are worse then before. The cracks are moving down to the final step. I have pictures of them I can send. I still have a * year warranty and I want this issue resolved since the bricks are cracking again. I paid him $**** for a repair that just keeps cracking. I have a * year warranty which will expire **********. Someone has to fix this. Please advise a solution. Thank you!!
