C*****@***.com* We are having trouble filling out forms for visas.*World cruise ********* India visa arr. Mar. ***Lv. ********* The application kit is too confusing ie. do we send Visa Central all items requested plus another application online to the India Consulate “requires a visa online”. One phone call said yes, another said no, another said we will send you an application kit. Then we called to hire the Concierge service. The person was suppose to call back yesterday and didn’t and still no phone call today help
GetHuman-cblkly did not yet indicate what Holland America Cruise Line should do to make this right.

I called visa central again and when I put pressure on the person who answered my call, telling of the * *** weeks I’ve been at it and how everyone tells me something different, I said I want to go over each page of the ** in the kit and get answers. Finally..India application How can I send it in when I don’t have it. Oh, well we could get that for you. Just fill out all the info forms including Order application form and send all these papers plus passport photos etc Send FEDEX next day. Someone call you that packet is received and will email application for me to sign and return UPS . They have sent it to India?? Consulate, Embassy or whatever. When completed, passport, visa wii be returned in a secure manner. And somewhere along the line my credit card will be charged the appropriate amount. At this point we don’t care what the amount is.....just terribly relieved to be done!
