May *, **** my car rental reservation was cancelled by your agent because she couldn't run my debit card. She told me to call the call center for a refund of my deposit. I did so and waited ** days for the refund, which I did not receive so I called again. The csr said my refund had not been processed, she would get it approved and submit it. I waited another ** days still no refund. Now I'm told I won't get a refund. ??? Since I was told in the beginning that I would get my money back, I now expect it to be returned. I am not impressed with your customer service department. Also, I was hung up on this morning when I asked for a supervisor. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. The Res. *J********D*.
