They could speak to the deliveryman and ensure that if he requires it, a trolley is available to help him. They should also explain that throwing parcels over a gate is less successful than opening the gate. It should be suggested that his customer service skills need improvement. He is off-hand and rude.
I am only their customer because many companies use them for delivering parcels.
On one occasion I wrote to Debenhams but as they are in administration the message did not get any response. Have in the past rung the Hermes depot, the telephone number has now disappeared.
