Paid to have a parcel collected on Wednesday Dec **, not collected. Message on tracking stating it will be collected the next working day Dec **, again the parcel was not collected with the message that it will collected on Dec **. This will be the third day that I have waited in. If this parcel is not collected today I will readdress it and send it by Royal Mail. The fee paid will be recovered via PayPal complaint procedure. You will have lost a customer.
GetHuman-balmerd did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
