I just returned from the hospital and found a "sorry we missed you" card left at my door. The card stated that the parcel was left behind the bins at the back of my house, as per my request on the note I left on the door for the delivery. However, upon checking behind the bins and searching my backyard, the parcel was nowhere to be found. I even checked with my neighbor and still no parcel. I am upset because I had planned to treat myself with some beauty items and comfy clothes as I am 9 months pregnant and on a tight budget. The note I left was still visible on the door, making me wonder if the delivery driver actually paid attention to it. I hope to have my order redelivered promptly, as it is frustrating to have a note up if the delivery has already been made.

I sent a parcel on Monday for next day delivery with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. However, the tracking app showed delivery for Thursday. Thursday came and went without receiving the parcel at my workplace. Unfortunately, my workplace is closed until after Christmas from Friday onwards. As I will be away, the parcel cannot be delivered to my home address, rendering any delivery attempt futile. I am concerned about the wasted money paid for expedited delivery and unsure of the next steps regarding this situation.

I recently received an email notification from Hermes stating that my parcel had been delivered. Upon checking the tracking number, it indicated that the package was left in a safe place on a porch next to a blue bin. After confirming with my neighbors, it appears the bin shown in the photo is not mine, and I have not been able to locate the package. I am extremely disappointed as I paid for the delivery service and now my item is missing. I would like to know what has happened to my parcel, and I believe I should be compensated for this issue.

We purchased a parcel, but the tracking service shows it was delivered through our letterbox, which is impossible because we ordered a board game, and our letterbox is too small for it. Additionally, we received a card saying the parcel was left on the doorstep, but it was not there when we returned. We asked for it to be left with a neighbor due to rainy weather in our mountainous area. Could you please locate our parcel? It is a gift and we are eager to receive it. Upon reviewing the photo of our door, it is clear that a board game could not fit through the letterbox as indicated by the tracking service. The tracking number on the Hermes card is [redacted]7, and the parcel is from John Lewis and Partners. We eagerly await our delivery. Thank you.

I completed all the paperwork and payment online. After taking my parcel to a garage for Hermes collections, I received a receipt. Subsequently, I got two emails thanking me for the order along with two payment invoices, indicating that Hermes charged twice for one parcel. The original cost was £8.99 to post the parcel, but another £8.99 was charged without sending the parcel. Contacting Hermes has been challenging. Can someone assist with this issue?

I received a text message tonight stating my parcel was delivered to my designated safe spot. Upon coming home and inspecting, it was not there. The picture in the message matched my safe spot, yet the parcel was missing. No card was left at my door with further information. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide additional details. I can share the message I received with you. Getting these parcels before Christmas is crucial for me. This is the first time I have encountered an issue with deliveries to my safe space. Hello, I received a text from Hermes stating that my parcel was delivered on the 9th of December, which I did not receive. I contacted the seller to inform them that I did not receive the package. Upon checking the tracking information, it showed that the parcel had been delivered and signed for, which I did not do. When I reached out to eBay, they mentioned that the tracking information confirmed delivery. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, specifically who the driver was and who signed for the parcel, as it was a £30 purchase, which is significant to me. Thank you.

The tracking information from Myhermes indicates that the buyer signed for the delivery, but they claim the parcel was tossed over a fence, not a gate, resulting in the contents being soaked and damaged, even though they were bubble-wrapped. The parcel, valued at £49, was insured with Hermes. The buyer at postcode BL4 8BQ is requesting a refund for the damaged items. I have been attempting to contact customer service via webchat to request a claim form for compensation, but I am having difficulty navigating the system, as it keeps looping back to stating that the parcel was delivered and signed for.

I placed an order with Sensory Sparkle on November 30th, but unfortunately, the delivery never arrived. After contacting them, they informed me that Hermes was the courier they used. However, no communication was received from Hermes regarding the delivery status. According to Sensory Sparkle, the parcel was supposedly delivered to our porch on December 11th, but we do not have a porch, only a front door facing the High Street. We were not home on that day, and the parcel is nowhere to be found, even after checking with neighbors and searching around the front garden. I am now requesting a photo showing where the parcel was allegedly left.

I received an email from Hermes indicating that my package would be delivered yesterday between 7pm and 9pm. Despite waiting at home all day, the delivery did not arrive, and there was no communication from Hermes. In the middle of the night, I received an email at 1:39 a.m. stating that there was an issue with my address, but provided no further details on the next steps. The lack of information is frustrating, and contacting Hermes has been unsuccessful as all phone numbers lead to automated messages recommending online tracking. I am concerned about the status of my delivery, and I hope Hermes can provide clarification soon.

I am concerned about a parcel that was collected by the courier on Wednesday, the 11th. There is no tracking information available. Hello, I recently made a purchase from Uniqlo and was expecting my items to be delivered on 19.12.19 by Hermes. When I checked the tracking information to reschedule the delivery, it showed that the package had already been delivered and signed for. However, the signature appeared to be forged. Both my wife and I were at work, so the house was empty at the time of supposed delivery. I am shocked that an employee would resort to such dishonesty, especially in the age of GDPR. Upon returning home, I found a note saying the parcel was left in the bin at the back of the house. This would mean the delivery driver had to trespass by climbing over our fence and in the process, damaged a paving slab that we use to secure the gate. While I understand the delivery pressures, this behavior is unacceptable. I am contemplating escalating the forged signature issue to the appropriate authorities if necessary. I recently received an email stating my package was delivered, but I have not received it or a notification. Tracking shows it was delivered, but it was not. This is my second attempt to return a parcel to Yours Clothing via one of your drivers on the 2nd of December. I received receipt number [redacted]5 from the driver when the parcel was collected for returning wrong-sized items and receiving a refund of 45.58 GBP. However, when trying to track the parcel with this number, it keeps showing as an Amazon parcel. I am concerned as this is not a small amount, and I would like to know the status of my parcel so I can claim my refund.

I am frustrated with trying to reach Hermes for assistance with my return labels order. The lack of a contact number and only receiving automated messages makes it challenging. Despite attempting to order labels online, the website kept showing errors. Eventually, I gave up after numerous failed attempts. To my surprise, my online banking now reflects multiple pending transactions totaling £12, which I intended to be only one label purchase. My efforts to contact Hermes through various methods have been unfruitful. Thank you for letting me share my experience.

On December 18, [redacted], I received a 'Tracking' notification from Hermes stating my Packlink Shipping S.L parcel was delivered and signed for, but it was not. Subsequently, I received a confirmation from Ebay detailing the delivery information. On December 19, Hermes messaged that they had my parcel and would deliver it between 2 pm and 4 pm. However, it was not delivered. Later that day, a message stated there was an issue reaching the delivery address but did not specify the problem. I have shared all these updates with the sender. I am finding it challenging to contact Hermes directly to address this situation.

I placed an order with Tessuti on Tuesday. The item was scheduled for delivery between the 20th and 22nd. However, upon checking the tracking information, it indicates that the delivery was made, and a customer signed for it at 3:01 pm yesterday. I want to clarify that I was not home at that time, as I had to go to the hospital around 2:40 pm. I live alone, and there was no one else at home to receive the package. I returned around 9 pm and searched my garden and bins, but unfortunately, the parcel was not there. These items are intended as Christmas presents, so I am eagerly awaiting an update. I have been waiting for my delivery since Tuesday, 10/12/19, and I paid for next day delivery. Your tracker indicated delivery was delayed and promised to be made on 19/12/19, but no delivery was made. As someone with experience in logistics, I find this level of service unacceptable. Now, my tracker hasn't even updated for today's delivery. Despite having a large hub in the UK, it seems there is a lack of a dedicated team to ensure timely deliveries. I plan to send a letter to DEBENHAMES to inform them of the difficulties I have faced in trying to receive one small package. - M. Humphries

I scheduled a parcel pickup for Wednesday, December 18, but it was not collected. The tracking message indicated it would be picked up the next day, December 19, which also did not happen with the promise of collection on December 20. Today marks the third day of waiting. If the parcel is not picked up today, I will resend it via Royal Mail. I plan to reclaim the fee through PayPal's complaint process. This experience has been frustrating, and I may need to take my business elsewhere.

The delivery driver did not follow my request to leave the item with the neighbor. After three failed delivery attempts, the driver left a calling card with "FINAL COLLECTION" but without any contact information. I tried to track the parcel online using the barcode [redacted]2, but the system couldn't find it. When I called, a recorded message mentioned the parcel was left in an outbuilding, which I don't have. This situation is urgent, and I need assistance as soon as possible.
