My granddaughter received a message stating her package would be delivered between 7 pm and 9 pm yesterday, but it didn't arrive. This morning, she found a photo of a package at a front door, but it's not ours. The address shown is Canberra Ave in Glasgow, not Canberra Ave in Thatto Heath, St Helens WA9 5RT. She's upset because she needed the item for a party next weekend, and I'm disappointed with the situation.

I recently moved from my old address at 6/4 Summerfield Gardens in Edinburgh to my new home at 19 Broomhall Park on December 6th. Despite informing the company not to send any parcels to my old address due to theft concerns, they were still delivered there. Upon checking on December 13th, a neighbor had received the parcels but they were empty boxes. Further investigation revealed that someone had forged my signature to accept the delivery. I have reported this incident to the police, who mentioned a 28-day policy for taking action on such matters. The fraudulent activity took place a mere hour after I vacated my previous residence on Friday morning.

I tried to return a package to Landsend through Hermes for £2.70. However, despite attempting to print the returns label online, the system failed at the final stage, leaving me without the label but with multiple charges. I have been charged 11 times on my credit card and once on my debit card, totaling 12 charges. These occurred on December 6, [redacted]. The last four digits of the cards are [redacted] and [redacted]. I need guidance on how to request a refund for these repeated charges.

On December 2, [redacted], I sent a package through Hermes to an address in Oxford. Upon realizing that the parcel hadn't arrived by yesterday, my sister contacted me. Later that day, a Hermes courier appeared at my door with the same parcel, bearing an HDL sticker indicating it had been attempted for delivery three times but no one was available. I have concerns as my sister, who is disabled, is typically at home and leaves a note on the door for parcel instructions if she must step out. Additionally, she claims she never received any delivery attempts cards. I have been a satisfied customer of Hermes for quite some time and hope to resolve this issue amicably. The tracking number for the parcel is [redacted][redacted].

I paid for next day delivery, expecting my parcel by December 14th, but it hasn't arrived yet. This is a common issue with Hermes as my parcels are seldom on time. It's frustrating as I rely on these deliveries. I am leaving town tomorrow without the items I needed.

I received an email from Hermes indicating that there is a parcel from Haul2 at their depot awaiting delivery. The tracking number provided is [redacted][redacted]. I attempted to track it using my postcode, but it appears that the postcode does not match the one on the parcel. However, the rest of my address - 4 Oxford Court, Bepton Road, Midhurst GU29 9QL - is accurate. The parcel has been at their depot for two weeks now, and I am eager to have it delivered promptly. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jill Cobbold.

I ordered an item to my house expecting it between 4-6pm, but there have been delays. The tracking message mentioned the courier having trouble reaching the delivery address. I'm unable to contact them directly. This is the first time facing such an issue with deliveries. The order number is [redacted][redacted].

I was trying to return a parcel to Landsend and needed to print a new label for £2.70. However, I was erroneously charged 12 times for a service I never received. The system failed to provide the final page with the returns label, and I was unaware of the charges until I checked my bank account and noticed 12 charges for the same parcel. Despite the repeated charges, I couldn't send the parcel back due to the missing label. The computer system failed to complete the process, preventing me from returning the parcel via courier or at a store. What should have been a £2.70 cost turned into £32.40 due to this system error. It was clear that there was a significant issue with the system that day.

I missed a delivery attempt and tried to reschedule, but the online tracking service did not recognize the barcode or eight-digit calling card number. I did not receive a 16-digit tracking number, and without additional information on the delivery card, it is impossible to arrange redelivery, leading to the parcel likely being sent back to the sender. It is frustrating to deal with a tracking system that fails to function properly. MyHermes' lack of accountability compounds the issue, as they directed me to contact the unknown sender for resolution. The absence of contact information on their website exacerbates the situation. The overall experience has been frustrating due to the lack of details about the parcel and the inability to control the delivery process through the unreliable online tracking system. This highlights a need for improvements in MyHermes' services, including enhancing the tracking system, ensuring successful redelivery, improving driver accountability, and providing contact details for effective communication and resolution of delivery issues.

It has been 17 days since I sent my parcel from Sudbury, Suffolk to Farnham, Surrey. At this rate, I could have walked it there by now. I have received another update that my parcel is at the local depot, but once again, it is delayed for the seventh time. Am I ever going to receive this parcel? I was assured a 48-hour response but have not heard anything from your email. I am disappointed and will share this experience online. Please deliver my parcel. It is not enough to say you are searching for it; take action and make a positive change. - Lynn

I have been waiting at home for six days for my delivery. I have diligently checked all the updates provided. Today, I received an email and text at 10:20 a.m. stating that my package was on its way. Later, at 7:50 p.m. (just 10 minutes before the local sorting office closed), I received another message claiming my package had been delivered and signed for at 7:10 p.m. This is incorrect as no one signed for it and no signature was needed according to Studio, the original sender. Despite being home all day and having my neighbor's CCTV footage showing no delivery attempts, the tracking information states otherwise. I am upset as this was an important Christmas gift for my son, and Studio's lack of professionalism is disappointing, especially considering similar complaints from other customers.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted] indicates that my Clarks parcel was delivered with a signature on December 14th at 22:59. However, this parcel was not received at my address or by any of my neighbors, and the signature does not belong to me. It appears someone tried to replicate my name for the signature. I have already notified Clarks about this issue. I kindly request an investigation into the whereabouts of my parcel and information on its new delivery date. Thank you. - Hilary G.

I recently made an online purchase and checked the app on my phone to track the delivery. According to the app, the item was delivered by Hermes at 12:01 pm on Sunday, December 15, [redacted], and purportedly signed for. However, neither myself nor my wife were present to sign for it. I am unsure of the item's location and who signed for it, as I did not receive any confirmation from Hermes regarding the delivery. On inputting the tracking code 89[redacted]1 [redacted] and the postcode on the website, it only confirms that the item was delivered with no further details.

I continuously receive tracking information late in the day, indicating I've missed my delivery. Despite being at home on all but one occasion, no one has attempted to deliver. My two rottweiler dogs bark loudly when there's a knock or doorbell, but they haven't heard anyone either. Is it feasible to collect the item personally? The tracking system is ineffective if notifications come after the fact. Even after completing the safe place form online, I still received a missed delivery notification yesterday, Sunday. This situation is becoming absurd, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I received a notification that my order cannot be delivered to my address, although I have received multiple packages from the same sender before. This order is from ASOS, and I need both parcels for Christmas as they are intended as gifts. I don't want to reorder since I purchased them during the Black Friday sale. It has been over two weeks since I placed the order, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly to ensure the delivery of my parcel.

Barcode Number: [redacted][redacted] 8:17 AM - Sunday, December 15th Unfortunately, there was an issue with the courier reaching the delivery address. To provide delivery instructions, go to the help section and use the “Before you get in touch” page on the website. Your driver may find it helpful to know that our house, the delivery address, is located opposite the payment kiosk of the petrol station and is identifiable by green iron gates. If the driver has difficulty locating the address, they can either leave the parcel with the petrol station staff or contact me at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Thank you.

I received an unordered item at my address, a portable toilet. I am eager to return it and determine the sender's identity. The website lacks clarity on contacting customer service, making it difficult to reach out. I can be reached at 07[redacted]21. Please assist promptly.

I was expecting a delivery on Friday. I was at home, but the delivery person never came to the door. It was supposed to be redelivered yesterday, but the delivery person claimed there was an issue with the address. I saw them arrive, park, then reverse out without making the delivery. Before reaching out to the seller, I would like clarification on what exactly the issue is with my address. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted].

I am inquiring about parcel number [redacted][redacted] addressed to Kathy Forsyth at N13 4LN. The parcel was scheduled for delivery on Thursday based on the tracking information provided by your company. However, it appears to be missing. I visited the sorting office on Thursday after discovering that the parcel was damaged and tracked to their local office, but they have no record of it. The parcel is approximately 20cm x 20cm x 10cm, wrapped in brown parcel tape with fragile tape labeled on all seams. It is addressed to Kathy Forsyth at 98 Caversham Ave, London N13 4LN. My details are Caroline Wagstaff from Berkshire House, Town Street, Hayton York YO42 1RR. This missing parcel was crucial for a special birthday on Saturday, and the customer is understandably upset. Despite visiting the sorting office, the parcel couldn't be located. Please respond promptly.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I recently discovered that my package was delivered to the incorrect address. Upon visiting the location, the residents informed me that the driver had taken the parcel back as it was clear I no longer resided there. A neighbor can testify that the driver indeed retrieved the package. My ASOS account states that the item was delivered, but the signature provided does not belong to me. I am uncertain about the current status of my package and would appreciate assistance in obtaining a refund or ensuring that ASOS receives the returned package for a refund process.
