Help with my Hermes.com issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-peigijo may need:
Username, Password, Email address on the account, Name on the account, and Address on the account
The issue in GetHuman-peigijo's own words
Parcel no ******** was thrown over the gate - result is a smashed parcel wringing wet. Is this the way you normally deliver? What are we supposed to do with it? On the outside of the box are arrows saying keep this way up - guess what it was upside down. We have not ordered anything so we assume this is a Christmas present . I would thing this article is scrap. If you employ people who cannot read there in may be your problem. What do you suggest?*Alan Jones
