The tracking information indicates my package, a Christmas Tree in a long box, was delivered on November 25, [redacted]. However, I have not received it. I had successfully received two other parcels from Studio UK, but this one seems to be missing. The tracking number for the undelivered parcel is [redacted][redacted]. Unlike the previous deliveries where I received text notifications about the delivery, I did not receive any for this one. I am puzzled as to why the tracking status shows it was delivered when I have not received it. I am usually available at my secure delivery location, and I was at home on the day the package was supposedly delivered.

Good morning. I have waited all morning for the parcel to arrive, but the delivery driver left a note without knocking, claiming I wasn't home. This is the second time this has occurred, and I am not pleased. My dogs alerted me to the note being left. I saw the driver leaving in a black van as I opened the door. I am concerned as the neighbour who received my package is not safe. I request a thorough investigation, a detailed explanation, and an apology for the inconvenience. I recently made a purchase for a parcel delivery thinking it could be sent by post for a price under 1kg. However, upon packing the parcel, I noticed it is 3" high which exceeds the size limit for the price I paid. I need to cancel this order with the reference number [redacted]3 before it is dispatched so that I may reorder it at the appropriate price. Subject: Issue with Parcel Delivery I recently returned home to find a parcel abandoned at my property by your courier. Unfortunately, the parcel was left in a way that advertised our absence. It was placed in the Blue Bin, which was collected by the Council recycling scheme before our return. I believe there could have been better alternatives such as leaving it with a neighbor or providing a contact number for re-delivery. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement parcel as this delivery method was unacceptable. I have also sent a copy of this complaint to Groupon. Thank you, June Williams

Order Reference: [redacted]5 Parcel Number: [redacted][redacted] Recipient: R.M., Costcutter, 91 Mile Road, Bedford MK42 9UD I received an email yesterday evening stating my query was resolved, but unfortunately, the parcel never reached Bedford. I dropped it off at a Hermes parcel drop without any issues, but there is no tracking available on your website. After 4 days, it was returned to me unexplainably, showing only reaching the Rugby depot on Ebay tracking. Costcutter still accepts Hermes parcels, so I need assistance as I had to resend the parcel today at an additional cost. Can I please get a refund for the failed delivery since it still shows as active and in progress on my account?

I need to file a complaint regarding our myhermes delivery driver. The driver consistently fails to knock on the door, leaves packages on the doorstep in plain view of the street, and signs for them himself. This level of service is unacceptable. Over the last two days, we received three deliveries valued at £[redacted], £[redacted], and £[redacted], all left without a knock, signed in our names, and exposed on the doorstep. I urgently request that this issue be addressed. If we're not available, parcels can be placed inside the overhang cabinet. However, the driver should attempt to deliver them to us first. I possess evidence, including photos and details, demonstrating where the packages were left, the unauthorized signatures, and the fact that I am at home in my PJs during delivery times.

I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered on Friday, November 29th at 12:08 with a signature that is not mine at all. The tracking number for the parcel is [redacted][redacted]. I have checked with all my neighbors, and none of them received the parcel. I did not receive a delivery card indicating where it was left. My grandsons and I were home at the time of the supposed delivery. Can you please help me locate my parcel? Thank you.

Hello, I contacted you a few days ago about a delivery that you made for me. It was delivered on Nov 1st from Trueboy Clothing Company Ltd, and I paid extra for a signature. I provided all the details in my previous message, excluding the order number due to printer issues. However, the courier assured me it was fine and scanned the information. You had mentioned getting back to me within 48 hours with the information, but I have not received any updates. I placed an online order with Quiz Clothing and used my ex-partner's address saved on my PayPal account. I need to receive the package before the weekend, but my ex is currently away on holiday for 14 days. Quiz informed me they couldn't change the delivery address. When I received the tracking number for my Hermes delivery, I tried unsuccessfully to modify the address. Despite attempting to contact Quiz through various channels, including phone calls to different numbers, I have been unable to resolve the issue. If the package arrives at my ex's house, their dog might damage it. I'm feeling frustrated after spending the last three days trying to find a solution.

I paid for next-day delivery expecting my parcel today (03/12/[redacted]), but it's 3 pm and it hasn't even been picked up by your courier. Tracking Reference: [redacted][redacted] Today, my wife, Mrs. M.K. Dhanjal, had a Debenhams parcel delivered by Hermes at 11:25 a.m. However, we were not present to sign for the package. Upon returning home at 12:05 p.m., I discovered a delivery note indicating the parcel was placed in the blue bin in our front garden. The concern arises from the fact that the delivery required a signature that was allegedly forged by the courier.

I attempted to schedule a parcel pickup and delivery but faced issues with my Visa card being declined three times. Frustrated, I decided to take the parcel to the post office. However, I was surprised to see three charges of six pounds fifty pence on my bank statement. I did not use your service, so I kindly request a refund of these charges to my account. My package containing a Jo Malone perfume was not delivered as stated. Despite being at home waiting, I received an email saying it had been delivered and a signature obtained, which I do not recognize. The item was not left in my designated safe place. Following inquiries with my neighbors with no luck, I request a replacement for the item valued at £98. My order/barcode number is [redacted][redacted].

I have a tracking number: [redacted][redacted]. This package came from America without any issues. However, my Hermes delivery driver was supposed to deliver it on December 2nd at 11:51. The photo attached to the delivery notification was surprising as it showed the package near communal rubbish bins. I've searched the area but can't find it, and considering the nearby office was open at the time, it's perplexing why the driver didn't leave the parcel there. Other courier services have managed deliveries differently. This was meant for a special holiday at the end of January. I will be informing the seller about this issue, and they may contact you directly. I would like a swift replacement of the dress or a full refund of £37.35. Please confirm receipt of this message.

I found the service to be confusing. The website stated an attempted delivery to my address, but no one contacted me while they were at my flat, leaving me unaware. (Tracking no: [redacted][redacted]) Unfortunately, there is no live chat option available, and it is challenging to reach out to the company directly. I am optimistic that my item will be delivered correctly tomorrow as I cannot afford to spend the whole afternoon waiting.

I missed the first two delivery attempts for my parcel, one on Saturday at 11 and the other on Sunday, also at 11. They didn't leave a contact number. I stayed home on Monday after being told it would arrive between 2-4, but it didn't. Now it's Tuesday, and my son stayed home all day, and there is still no sign of the parcel. To make matters worse, my JD parcel with Christmas gifts is also missing. Another parcel I ordered got delivered, but my son didn't inquire about the missing ones. Frustrating!

Hello, I shipped a package containing plastic faux antlers to a buyer. Unfortunately, the recipient informed me that the item arrived damaged. The parcel number is [redacted][redacted], and it was sent to 20 Tavistock Close, Northampton NN35DQ. The item was sold on eBay, and I will need to refund the buyer £18, in addition to your postage costs. Kindly reimburse me £18 along with the postage fee I paid to you. Thank you.

I shipped a package on either the 27th or 28th of November [redacted]. The recipient informed me today that they have yet to receive it. After contacting Hermes, they claim it was delivered on 30.11.[redacted] with a signature. However, the recipient states they received a note instructing them to collect it from their local click & collect point, which has no record of the package. The tracking number is [redacted]2. Can you please assist in locating this package?

I selected next day delivery on boohoo.com to receive an outfit promptly for a Christmas party. After placing the order, I received a message confirming delivery for the next day, but it did not arrive. Another text indicated it would come the day after, but it did not show up. I am concerned about the delays and unsure when to expect the package. My mom and I have experienced similar problems since our regular delivery driver, Katie, left. It appears we are currently without a reliable delivery driver.

I am seeking an update on my order scheduled to arrive in Ireland today. It was collected last Tuesday and is currently at the sorting center. Can you confirm the delivery date?
