Receive my parcel ... You couldn’t deliver my parcel. I’ve had several issues with Hermes deliveries recently. I have been asked to contact you. I have rung Hermes and been advised to start a live chat.*The whole customer service experience is very frustrating.*If and when I do get to speak to someone, hopefully my parcel will be delivered. Following any contact, I will then receive an email telling me you have altered my delivery date... as I requested... which is clearly NOT the case. It just wasn’t delivered when it should have been.
I need to actually speak to someone. This is not my issue... I have placed an order, Hermes have not delivered..
I am currently abroad until Friday so cannot ring Hermes... although I will get the same answer as previous. *IT IS HERMES WHO HAVE ASKED ME TO CONTACT THEM.....So WHY can I not speak to someone. I just get an automated response
I have been an amazon prime customer for a long time and order regularly.
Phoning..... phoning..... phoning.. *Very frustrated at not being able to speak to a person.
