I placed an order for three items from your catalog on May 19, [redacted], and sent it with an enclosed check for $71.32. The check has been deposited and cleared from my account, but I haven't received any update on my order. I have tried calling, but the lines are either busy or silent. My order sheet doesn't have an order number, but my customer number is [redacted] [redacted], and all my contact details are provided. I am disappointed with the service as this is my first order from Harriet Carter. I would like a prompt response regarding the status of my order.

Hello Harriett Carter, I'm upset about my recent transaction with your company. I discovered a $6.99 charge on my bank statement from your company. Later, I received a mail from ID SENTINEL informing me they had enrolled me in their security service without my consent, charging $19.99 monthly. This unauthorized withdrawal using my debit card feels fraudulent. I will cease using Harriett Carter and will not disclose my confidential debit card details anymore. I plan to report this to the Attorney General in Arkansas as I find this wholly unjust. Such actions are unacceptable to loyal customers like me. Best, Pamela M.

I was disappointed with the customer service experience I had when trying to place an order for free shipping with Chewy Pet Company. Even after trying to meet the minimum amount required for free shipping, I faced challenges with obtaining the necessary code. When requesting to speak with a manager, the representatives seemed unhelpful and continued to question my request. I found the lack of assistance and rudeness from the staff unacceptable. This experience has left me frustrated and unsatisfied with the service provided. I have decided not to proceed with my order at this time. It would be beneficial for the company to adopt a system similar to Chewy's to improve customer satisfaction and potentially increase sales.

I returned a pair of pants for a smaller size but have not received the replacement yet. I had cashed two refund checks from the company, but they were later blocked, causing me to repay the bank. I am considering involving the Better Business Bureau if this matter is not resolved promptly.
