Gastonia NC store location closed at * **pm when they wasn't suppose to close until *pm ( has store hrs located in the door) me and my husband rushed to get to the store because ( to make a long story short) we needed my sister to be able to pick up a generator at your Shelby NC location in the morning and I needed to see if I could pay for it tonight at the store or get a rain check, whatever I could do to insure she could pick it up without me being there ( that's why I wanted and needed to go ahead and pay tonight at the store) my dad is very sick as well as my grandson and we have no power due to a tree falling ( due to the hurricane) I could not believe how * of the employees did act when I did eventually see them. We sttod in front of the store trying to get someone's attention but they only ignored us ( except for the man who took his finger and drew a line across his neck as he look at me hateful) I am sire that is on the store camera but for not one employee to take one minute just to come to the door and ask me what j needed ( the store shouldn't have even been closed early & if so then why not post a note stating that ?? When we were walking to our vehicle another couple pulled up asking us why the store was already closed as well!!! I have never had an issue in the many years me, my husband, my father in law and my dad have shopped at many of your different locations but after this incident me and my husband went threw and still I have been awake alk night worried about if I should even go to this emergency meeting when my family needs a generator ASAP. All ONE employee had to do was take o e moment to advice me what I could do so I could get my sister to pick the generator up and me and my husband attend this work meeting ( we are co owners of this company so our attendance is definitely required) Your employees do realize if they are getting paid until *pm then that actually means that work until *pm and don't decide to close a store that had a couple people trying to do business. Nothing is worse than a store getting a bad review then nothing but down hill and eventually bankruptcy. It definitely does happen every single day. I am still extremely upset at this and IF my sister gets to the Shelby location and for whatever reason they won't let her pay with my debit card or allow me to pay for the generator over the phone then allow her to get the generator to take to my home so my sick elderly dad and * yes old sick grandson can have power then I promise I will let the Gaston Gazette know of my horrible experience with your store and I will picked, email BBS, write comments on FB, twitter and other sites I often visit. No I am definitely NOT a horrible person and do not wish to do any of this BUT to be so disrespected for no reason and not give me one minute of their time when ai have been a customer for many years, as well as my family members. That was so unfair to me. I really would like to speak to someone in Customer service ASAP ( now) to see what I can do but I doubt that will happen either. Please email me when possible, if at all possible I real need some to contact me before I leave tomorrow. I desperately need this generator and need to know how I can pay for it without being at the storm location or let someone know I give my sister and*or her husband permission to use one of my accounts to pay for the generator. So sad that this still shouldn't be an issue. This should have been took care of when we arrived at the store tonight. I would appreciate anyway that someone can help me!!!!
