I had received a text stating that the person had canceled the job for this Ming. This happened last night, so a little while later I get a notification that I had been hired to clean, when I click on it I realize it’s for a job in Brooklyn n if u check my app u will notice that I DONT do any jobs other than *he Lower Manhattan area cause it’s easier n convenient for me. So. Emailed customer service immediately n texted the person n the person who needed the office cleaned said that I should cancel. So when I emailed handy I explained that I needed to cancel the job because it isn’t in the area I work in but I didn’t receive a response, so I waited n I got back into the handy website n a lady by the name kristen responded telling me that I can cancel with all the fees, so I responded that I needed to cancel but I needed the fee removed so that I don’t get penalized for a job I didn’t click on n that same lady never got back to about the fee getting lifted. I need someone to help me with this situation.
