The issue in GetHuman909629's own words
I ordered $***.** in clothing with order number ******* which included** pair of Casual Joe slacks. Two of the slacks were defective. One had a defect on a belt loop where a piece of cloth was stitched over the original cloth and the other slacks was missing a button. I sent these slacks back with the bottom portion of the invoice completely filled out asking for an exchange for the same items ordered. I also mailed a letter requesting the same which was included in the package sent back. The return exchange paperwork advises no shipping charge for exchanges if defective. Today I called and asked about my returns and if they received them. I was told by customer service that they had received the slacks and that there wasn't going to be an exchange but that I would be receiving a refund and that I was also charged shipping. Whoever processed the return package was negligent. I wasn't given an exchange and I was also charged shipping to return the slacks. You can easily trace that error and find out why this happened. I request you do that. I asked the customer service agent today to send a new order of the two slacks which were not processed. The agent also advised she would send a message to refund the shipping cost charged on the returns. On the new order she gave a $*.** discount and no shipping charge. I appreciate that and would like to remain a customer. I was also informed that I was VIP member. When ordering * ******* I made a mistake and checked the VIP box but called back to remove it. Please remove the VIP standing and refund any money for this service. My new order today is ********.*Thank You,*James H. Borcherding**** Laurelcrest Circle*Valrico FL *****.****-***-****
