Determine the total amount and to what account the amount was charged and when. I don't have a Haband account and the customer services mostly all hinge on having a card number. ... Customer Service numbers are not helpful. I found only one that said if I stay on the line after not pressing any of the menu numbers I would talk to a real live person. I don't have a Haband Card, and it is next to impossible to do any online business without that number. When one of the customer service numbers said to say my card number or say I don't have it, I said "I don't have it". They then wanted me to say my complete social security, which I will not do over the phone or on line. I also think it is absurd to require that these reviews have at least one hundred words. It is quite possible to state a complaint or problem in less than that number of words. *When I finally got a live person, however, they were polite, helpful, and talked very good English. So it is mainly a case of not being able to just ask for a live person on the customer service numbers in general.
The site was confusing to navigate to say the least.
Make all the customer service numbers include a stay on the line for a live agent option. Or, make it clear beside each customer service number what set of data that number is equipped to handle.

No need to try anything else due to the nature of this problem. So I just kept trying all the numbers until I found the one that let me stay on the line to talk to a real person, and didn't require a Haband Card Number to do so.
