Dear Madam, sirs,**I am writing because I was advised to do so regarding unauthorize charges on my account ending in. (****)*Gail Yeh talked to me once and said she would bring it to her manager and would get back to me.*It’s been over * weeks and must of forgotten about me. She directed me to you thru an email from her assistant and so now here I am.**I have done all that was required of me to acknowledge these charges and yet nothing is happening.*I call promptly called when I lost my wallet with the card inside. *I filed a police report. And have spent hours on the phone with collection and security trying to resolve something that your website says I am not liable for.*I plea to you to help out and resolve this issue.
