In July **** I took out a credit card with HSBC with a limit of £**** *On **rd July **** I paid Thomas Cook £*,***.** for * flights to Turkey. As you know Thomas Cook went into liquidation.My holiday was due in October ****. I went to HSBC bank Scunthorpe branch and put in a claim for my money back. The money was credited to my credit card on October **th ****. My y limit was back up to £*,****I Recieved my statement for April this year, it stated that I owed £***.** this was correct as I have now made further transactions. *I then received a document on line stating that I had exceeded my limit. The £*,*** had been re debited from my account. Please can you help me?
