Dear Sir or Madam,**I am writing to you today in regards to an intoxicated employee representing a financial instrument linked to HSBC. This is according to the financial instrument's website where it lists HSBC UK under contact:*usa*contacts I would like to preface this by mentioning that I am having serious problems reaching a manager directly at the intoxicated employee's (State Street) branch. My attempts by phone were repeatedly rebuked with responses like the following: "sorry no managers are currently available to handle your complaint". My attempts by emails have been ignored.**I called ** *** *** **** on October **rd with some questions on GLD. A representative named Chris spoke with a sustained slur in his speech and clearly did not care to answer any questions properly. It seemed like a joke to him as I had to repeat questions and expend effort in order to get him to take the questions seriously. I wanted to know if I could trade in my GLD shares for the physical gold represented by the shares. Chris said yes and nothing more. It was obvious Chris had severe issues focusing on the question at hand judging by his increasingly sloppy speech. I've since found out that there is a ***,*** share requirement. I'm beyond glad that I decided to distrust an official representative of this gold fund worth $**,***,***,*** and did my utmost to research this fund on my own. This was a VERY VERY crucial piece of information to be leaving out. It would be fraud if this employee intentionally left out this piece of information or negligence otherwise. The irresponsibility between this intoxicated employee and along with the State Street firm turning a blind eye to the activities of their employees boggles my mind.**I have also called the World Gold Council ** *** *** **** at around *:** pm PST and spoke with someone named 'Emma' on Nov. *. She said she was just the office manager and was unable to assist me. Emma said she would provide her email address to forward this issue to the appropriate person but she disconnected the call before she provided me with the promised email address. Subsequent calls to ** *** *** **** have gone unanswered. The level of unprofessional behavior and outright irresponsibility experienced with this $** billion SPDR GLD fund have been shocking, frustrating and overwhelmingly unsightly.**Yours faithfully,*Jim Mago
