I have overpaid PAYE on pension monies from Aegon. I have logged this on my personal account, ref oX*-***C-WIN. This states " Processing Complete ". *I have just spoken to someone at the tax office who has asked me to apply again. The telephone line was appalling and I only heard every third word. What is the problem? The query*request is straight forward and was logged with yourselves * weeks ago. Please can someone advise me what is happening.
